Today this site collects nothing: no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no analytics. Outbound links to official settlement sites leave this site entirely — those sites have their own policies.

Deadline-alert emails

If you subscribe to the weekly deadline-alert email, we store your email address — that is the only thing we store, used only to send you that newsletter. Sign-up is double opt-in (you confirm by email before anything is sent), every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and placement tags (which page's form you used) are kept without any identifiers. We never sell, rent, or share the list, and we never match it to your browsing. Unsubscribe or ask us to delete your address any time.

When a sponsored partner goes live

Enabling a partner also enables minimal, anonymous measurement of the sponsored buttons: how many times a sponsored CTA was shown and clicked, tagged with the slot, the case page, and the partner name. That counting is cookieless and contains no personal data — no identifiers, no profiles, no cross-site tracking, and official claim links are never measured. We use it for one thing: deciding whether a sponsored slot earns its place. We will keep the tooling anonymous or say so here if that ever changes.

Display advertising

If display ads are switched on, they come with their own disclosure label (“Advertisement”) on the page. Our default is Google AdSense in non-personalized mode, which avoids personalized-ad cookies for most visitors — AdSense may still set limited cookies for things like frequency capping and fraud prevention. If we ever enable personalized ads, that requires a consent mechanism, and this page will say so before it happens. Sponsored-CTA measurement is separate (above).

If sponsored links ever appear

If we add a partner link in the future, it will be labeled on the page, use therel="sponsored"attribute, and this page will be updated to name the partner and what it may receive. Sponsored placement will never change a deadline, an amount, or the ranking of an official link.
